We want you to be completely satisfied with your refurbished laptop purchase. If you experience any technical issues within 5 days of receiving your order, we will provide a replacement. Please contact our customer service team within this period to initiate a return due to technical issues.

Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:
– If a different product than the one ordered is delivered and the ordered model is unavailable.
– If we are unable to provide a replacement for a technical issue within 5 days of your report.
